This study presents two simple and rapid methods for the quantification of therapeutic mAbs based on LC. Two mAbs (bevacizumab and infliximab) in plasma samples were purified using magnetic beads immobilized with a commercially-available idiotype antibody for each mAb. Purified mAbs were separated with HT-RPLC and detected with their native fluorescence. Using immunoaffinity beads, each mAb was selectively purified and detected as a single peak in the chromatogram. The HT-RPLC achieved good separation for the mAbs with sharp peaks within 20 min. The calibration curves of the two mAbs ranged from 1 to 20 μg mL−1 (bevacizumab) and 1–10 μg mL−1 (infliximab), and they had strong correlation coefficients (r2 > 0.998). The LOD of bevacizumab and infliximab was 0.07 and 0.15 μg mL−1, and the LLOQ of bevacizumab and infliximab was 0.12 and 0.25 μg mL−1, respectively. Thus, the sensitivities were sufficient for clinical analysis. Immunoaffinity purification with HT-RPLC produced a selective and accurate bioanalysis without an LC-MS/MS instrument. Both methods could become general-purpose analytical methods and complement the results obtained with conventional LBA.  相似文献

Diffusion of excitons and electron-hole drops is investigated in pure germanium, using a time-resolved cyclotron resonance method. The diffusion coefficient of excitons at 4.2 K is obtained to be ≈ 1000 cm2/sec. For electron-hole drops, when excitation is not so high, it is expected to be lower than ≈ 500 cm2/sec at 1.6 K.  相似文献

When a halftone screened image is discretely sampled by, for example, a CCD array, moiré fringes sometimes appear. These moiré fringes are caused by aliasing errors due to the improper sampling rate. To suppress these fringes, a dual sampling method is proposed. In this method, halftone screened images are sampled twice with different sampling rates, and the selection of proper frequency components less suffering from aliasing errors can effectively suppress moiré fringes.  相似文献

We propose a method to produce a hard copy of a three-dimensional (3-D) image by a conventional high-resolution printer. Parallax information is recorded on a transparency by the printer, and a reflection-type holographic screen composed of a number of small elementary holograms is attached on the transparency. The quality of the 3-D image is investigated, and the characteristics of the proposed method are described. 3-D image of full-parallax is experimentally produced using a laser printer.  相似文献

A new method for rainbow and multicolor holographic stereograms is described using the technique of multidot recording, which was originally developed for the syntheses of full-parallax holographic stereograms. Instead of recording vertical parallax, an image of horizontal slit is synthesized for rainbow holography. It becomes possible to obtain large images by a compact optical system, since the hologram is composed of many small elementary holograms. Multicolor image is also produced by the same system introducing a simple image processing. Experimental results of three-dimensional and color imagery are demonstrated.  相似文献

A new CGH (computer generated hologram) common path interferometer, which can be used for testing an aspherical mirror with large aperture, is proposed. This interferometer does not have a circle of least confusion, and a spatial filter can be used effectively to stop extraneous lights so that interferograms with good contrast can be obtained. The phase shifting technique can be easily applied to the interferometer. The method of designing and making the CGH zone-plate is described.  相似文献

Some possibilities are discussed of an advanced coded imaging method to get tomograms of doped γ-ray sources in the body. We report the observation of magneto-acoustic absorption by the electron-hole liquid in a potential well in stressed germanium. This experiment confirms the metallic character of the liquid and yields direct values for the electron Fermi level ?F = (2.6±0.1) meV and inter-carrier collision time τ = (6.0±0.5) × 10-11sec at 1.8 K under a stress of approximately 5 kg/mm2. From ?F we deduce an electron density of n = (6.2) ± 0.4) × 1016cm-3 at 1.8 K.  相似文献
